Skylight Contractor in Santa Rosa, CA

Mario Contreras Roofing is a skylight contractor in Santa Rosa serving homeowners throughout Sonoma County with over 20 years of local roofing experience. We handle skylight installation on existing homes and new construction, along with skylight repairs when older units start leaking or the flashing around them fails.

A skylight that is not properly integrated into the roof system will leak — it is that simple. Whether you are in Fountaingrove, Rincon Valley, Bennett Valley, Skyhawk, or Larkfield-Wikiup, we flash and seal every skylight the right way so it stays watertight through Santa Rosa winters and holds up to years of summer UV exposure. We also coordinate skylight work with roof repair and roof replacement projects when they are part of the same job.

Why Santa Rosa Homeowners Choose Mario Contreras Roofing for Skylights

Most skylight leaks we see come from failed flashing, cracked seals at the curb, or old units that have simply aged out. The roofing around the skylight opening matters just as much as the unit itself. We treat every skylight installation and repair as a roofing project — not just a fixture swap — because that is what it takes to do it right.

We flash and seal every skylight into the surrounding roof surface so water has no way in — not next month, not after the next big storm.

We have installed and repaired skylights on homes across Santa Rosa for over two decades. We know the roof pitches, materials, and conditions common to this area.

Every skylight job in Santa Rosa is fully covered. Mario Contreras Roofing is licensed and insured in California so you are protected from start to finish.

If you are already having roof work done, we add skylight installation or repair to the same project so everything is handled in one visit.
